Meal planning on the 21 Day Fix can be challenging and a bit overwhelming when you begin the journey. Counting containers and learning what foods are approved and unapproved and why is a lot to take in during your first week. Even when you have recipes with the counts already calculated for you , it can be tough to begin and you might realize that a lot of your favorite recipes are not made from ingredients on the 21 Day Fix food list. This is why I created the simple sample meal plan below. The 21 Day Fix is my favorite Beachbody program. The nutrition plan is so simple, and the portion-controlled container system played a huge part in my 70 pound weight loss this last year. I highly encourage all of my own Beachbody clients to do this program before starting any other. I also have a couple other options in my free fitness journal download. Use these shortcuts and simple menus to inspire your own meal prep. You can easily swap in different fruits or vegetables, ground beef or tempeh instead of turkey, and starches like sweet potatoes or quinoa in place of rice or corn.
